Mr. BigStuff Moving Labor Help- Lansing Moving Company

Contacted this company to pickup a large dresser from Bath and deliver it to a second story condo in Lansing. The two delivery men were prompt, and very polite. They carefully wrapped the dresser in blankets, and shrink wrapped it for safety. After loading it securely they delivered and carried the heavy dresser up a flight of stairs to its final destination room. Both were super careful and thanked us multiple times for using their company. Shot out to Rodney and Lucas for outstanding customer service, completing the work on time and on budget! Thank you both!

Rodney and Lucas were great today!! Very professional and kept extra great care of my items. Everything was strategically planned out and made my moving process a lot less stressful.

Rion, Nate, & Rodney assisted me with unloading my truck. They were courteous and delicate with the heavy/oblong items I had. Jae was quite vigilant and proactive with the communication from the company by letting me know in advance of any complications their team encountered which may have caused delays in their schedule. Thanks to having 3 people helping, I only needed about 30 minutes of their time. Unfortunately, the industry requires a 2 hour minimum but that's just the way it goes. I appreciate the help.

I needed help getting a pretty heavy adjustable mattress from my truck and moving it upstairs to the bedroom. I called the usual places: Two men and a truck, U-Haul, college hunks, and they quoted me ridiculous rates for a quick one hour job. I called Mr Big Stuff and the manager/owner who answered the phone was very professional and said not only could they help me out, but that he would have two guys out to my house same day in a few hours. Also, his rate was very fair. The guys Adam and Nick called me before showing up and let me know they were on their way and they got here right at the quoted time. I was extremely pleased with their work, as not only did they move stuff, but they carefully planned how they were going to do things as to not scratch any walls or hit my chandelier. They even disassembled and reassembled my storm door to make sure they had enough clearance and did not risk damaging it. They moved two beds for me, helped put the bed skirts on, and also offered to assemble my grandfathers antique wooden desk that I had on the floor. Adam and Nick were awesome to work with, very personable and professional. They cared about my stuff and my house, and with movers you cant ask for better. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with those big name moving companies. They have so many fees and up charges now that they are a rip off!!! Call Mr. Big Stuff for all your jobs large or small, and trust me youll be pleased you did!
