We work with Pure getting residential properties ready for new tenants and maintaining commercial properties. Maintaining and keeping each property looking its best is top priority!         Do not rent from Pure! You overpay for dirty hallways/entries filled with smoke. The trash/recycling area is disgusting. Maintenance is incompetent, rude & disrespectful. Space you pay for cannot be used because of uncleanliness. Safety is supposed to be a concern but many times we go out to no lights in the parking lot and doors left ajar for anyone to enter the building. Do not rent from them! So unprofessional!
