Country Lane Flowers

Flowers were OK, but awful customer service. I was originally told they had no record of my order (after charging my account) and then the delivery woman could not find the address very clearly listed. When asked to waive the delivery fee (as the recipient then had to pick up the flowers from the shop herself), the management team was extremely rude and blamed it on the driver's age. I hope that $8 deliver fee was worth my family's (frequent) business! :)

This place is fantastic. They have given exactly what me and my (at the time) fiance, were looking for when it came to our flower arrangements. They gave us comfort in knowing they knew what they were doing and they were pretty reasonable too when it came to price. Now they did disclaim that certain flowers would be very hard to get because of time of year and season but that's expected. They do have some to choose from in store as well. They got the job done just in time, and I couldn't have been better (my wife's words).

I had an emergency order and Edward assured me he would personally create my dish garden and it would be at the destination by 3:00 and it happened. Our arrangement was absolutely the prettiest!
