SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES.....Evergreen Outdoor handled our community this past summer and did a very poor job. Grass was left very high in many spots of the yard (most likely attributed to the speed they drive the mowers) on a weekly basis and many clumps of grass left all over the grass. I would have to spend an hour every week to use my blower to disperse the clippings so it wouldn't kill the grass. I would occasionally find clumps that got deep in the grass and basically rotted the grass beneath it. Some of the sloped areas would get scalped as well. Towards the end of the season they came out and cut the grass in the early morning when the grass still had frost all over it. Landscaping 101...that will severely distress/kill the grass. I asked the worker to not cut the grass for that very reason and he said he would come back later and proceeded to cut the neighbor's yard. He never did come back to finish the remaining 75% of the yard he left uncut. I called multiple times over the next 2-3 weeks . 1 call back saying they would look into it and get back by the end of week. They never did. After more calls, they did and essentially blamed me for asking him not to cut grass due to the frost, even though the employee said he would come back. They essentially said they were too busy and I could see the writing on the wall. Poor lawn service and just as bad customer service. I proceeded to spend 2 hours later that day to finish cutting my grass. Perhaps I'll get a refund for the unfinished job? Not holding my breath. Service: Landscaping maintenance
