      Hi Bo, I'm not sure if you actually came to us or another local hospital with a similar name (we are at the corner of Baldwin and Waldon Rd) since I can't find your name in our system. But assuming you came to see us and we were indeed unable to muzzle your dog, please know that staff and owner safety is 100% my highest priority. If an owner cannot safely muzzle their dog, and we cannot safely muzzle their dog, we will not put anyone's health or safety in jeopardy. We will reschedule the visit and use anxiety medication to help the dog feel more comfortable and safe before trying a visit again. I certainly hope you can understand our concerns for safety.
