        I was impressed with the service, from when I walked thru the door to first inquire about flooring, to the completion of the flooring installation. Everyone was polite, professional, and very competent and efficient in their jobs (from sales person to installation people). The flooring is of high quality, and I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the results. (and special thank you to Tiffany for all her help).

        We would like to personally thank Sara in the showroom and Chad for the installation. From the moment we walked into the store we were given her undivided attention. The whole process of ordering our carpet and scheduling for measurement to installation was flawless. It was so nice to have the one on one person. We are so pleased with the looks of it in our house. Will definitely visit again if need be.

        The billing guy Josh was a complete professional and always got back with me as soon as he could. He was very polite. The technician that installed the carpet was a professional with 30 years experience and he did an amazing job well done Kiss carpet.

      Ken Roberts never forgot the words of motivational speaker Earl Nightingale: “Keep It Simple Salesmen.” In fact, the advice made such an impression on Ken that he and wife Kathy decided to use it when they named their business. Kiss Carpet Design Center not only carries Nightingale’s words in its name, but the philosophy has carried through in the way the Roberts’ do business. Kiss carpet opened in March of 1986 in Mancelona and has expanded that location three times to meet the growing needs of customers. They also have beautiful showrooms in Traverse City and Harbor Springs. People used to ask Ken why he built a store in the middle of nowhere. His answer? “It’s the middle of everywhere!”
