        This Belle location has solid people. Both customer service up front and the hard working people in back. They have replaced my tires, brakes and did alignments. Warranties they offered on brakes and alignment were honored. This speaks volumes about the good people who run the store.

        FFE = Fast, friendly and efficient. I went online to schedule an appointment, and the process was excellent. I picked my car, it made tire recommendations based on driving preference and gave me a quote. I showed up for my appointment, which was made the same day.         Dropped our company van off to be looked at on Friday evening and said they would get to it Saturday. No call towards end of the day and was glad I initiated the call as they had not even looked at it. Gave excuse they only have one mechanic on duty. You are a business and would have respected them more if they were up front and wasnt able to look at it. They werent apologetic either. Bad business
