I am so hugely impressed by Elan Implant Center! Not only is the office beautiful and newly renovated, but the equipment they use is also very high-tech. From the 3D/4D xray machines, and the cameras they use to take pictures of your teeththe technology they use made everything very easy and comfortable. The staff is also phenomenal. I am always greeted with smiles and helpful attitudes. My experience at other dentists has always been hectic. At Elan Implant Center the office is actually peaceful, organized and welcoming. They were very efficient with preparing my paperwork and making sure everything was ready for my appointments. Dr.Moeller and his staff literally greeted me with smiles before my procedure and it made me feel confident and calm. I would highly recommend Elan Implant Center. I am beyond impressed by their professionalism and attention to details. I am certain that I am getting the best care possible.

What a waste of time and money here. We would rate this place 0 out of 5 stars. My wife went in for a crown and abutment for tooth number 8 (front tooth). The staff working there are friendly and nice but the impression we have is Dr. Moeller is not interested in going the distance to do the front tooth correctly but wants to be done with it fast after charging us over $2800 Long story short, when they made the crown the first time it was horrific, shape and color was completely off. He still tried to pass it off as great. After coming back and forth twice to fix it finally the shape of the tooth came out not matching the other front tooth(tooth #9) but acceptable and she can live with it . However the color was clearly brighter than the other teeth, they said, just take it for a test drive. When she called to ask them to just at least fix the color so it matches they said they will charge us the whole amount again if she wants to fix the color. Dr Moeller did something really strange on every occasion he always said oh look how great it looks his own people saw the mistakes and indicated what they were but he tried to pass it off as great just to get us out the door and be done with it. This is not good business practices in my opinion. Our 7 year old could easily point out the issue, the whole reason we went to this doctor is for his specialty and level of expertise and youre telling me he has no eye for detail, I would be ashamed to let my work go out like that, and instead of jumping in and wanting to fix it, he just wants the patience out the door. I hate saying it, but I do believe this is true. Be prepared you might pay double to fix THEIR mistake / bad job if you ask them to fix it. In my humble opinion, I think the plan is to charge for as many teeth as possible. They want to do extra crowns on surrounding teeth when theres nothing wrong with those other teeth and were fine with the shape..
