Trillium Oral Surgery and Implantology

The quality of care was good but the administrative and office staff were unprofessional. They were rude and unkind, even with our child who was having surgery. They rushed through talking with us and showed zero patience when we asked for clarification. We would definitely not recommend their office. Response to comments from Trillium: I am not a patient. The patient is my grandson. He was seen in both offices and we had a similar experience in both places, though the Plymouth office was somewhat more kind than Ann Arbor.

This Plymouth office charged me double the national average for the surgical extraction I received. My insurance approved even a lesser amount than that. During the visit and after the evaluation, I was told that my responsibility would be only $179.50 and the insurance would pay the rest. That was not close to accurate and they never provided me with the total charge. Later, I received the breakdown in a statement and ended up paying more than double that amount. I called and complained and I was told the office manager would call me back. She never did.

I had a wisdom tooth removed today and it was very quick, painless & easy. All the staff and the dentist were friendly and professional and the office was clean. 10/10 recommend.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and I cant even believe how unbelievably comfortable Wendy, Dr. Cannavo, and the rest of the Trillium staff made me feel. One day since the surgery, Im in as little pain as I should be in given the nature of the operation. I would highly recommend the Plymouth location as they are exceptional in every way and affordable compared to other dentists I got quotes from for the same services.
