    Can't believe I would ever say this about an insurance company but they are great. I had a time sensitive issue they had no problem seeing me in person same day to get it handled quickly and I was in and out within an hour with what I needed came back the next day spoke with the same representative and was done.

    Never filed a claim so I cant comment on that process but upon making policy changes there was a severe lack of knowledge and very rude representatives. I was transferred back and forth between multiple departments several times, all blaming the issues on the other departments. Was emailed the wrong paperwork over and over and the only response I could get was, well have to look into it. In which I would never receive a call back. I can only imagine if I had to make a claim. Therefore I switched to another company. Response from the owner an hour ago John, We are sorry to see you go. Unfortunately our hands are tied when it comes to divorce situations and we cant make changes to the policy unless you both sign off on its since you both owned the policy together. Im sure your attorney would understand that and advise that too. You were told this but unfortunately either didnt understand it or didnt think the rules applied to you. This is the response I received from the review. Perfect example of the rudeness and incompetency of this agency. The request was to change the automatic payment renewal. I was told by you that since both parties were on the documents that either one of us could sign. So apparently it is you that doesnt understand and misinforms your customers.
