Ontime. Friendly. Branded shirts were helpful. If your fortunate to have the owner drive you, he is full of interesting history facts of the area. Vehicles are not luxury but clean and comfortable. I would have liked a confirmation email when I initially booked. I would use this service again.

I called soo line at 9:30pm and they told me 15 minute wait time I waited for over an hour and they stop answering my calls I will never use soo line again worst cab company in the Soo

This is by far the worst taxi service Ive had the displeasure of interacting with. I was in Sault St. Marie for the first time because of work. The only reason I ended up calling them was because the other company Quick Cab was in the middle of staff shift change when I called, and I could not wait because I needed a ride to go to the airport. First of all, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up the phone while I was still speaking. It seems that unfortunately the same man turned out to be the driver. He did arrive on time, which was the only good thing about the company. On top of being rude, he was driving 5 miles over the speed limit in the middle of heavy rain. That person has no manners whatsoever, and the lack of customer service is very palpable. The vehicle had a strange odor, which I could not identify. Lastly, the rate was outrageous. The distance is less than 20 miles, and I would have paid $24-$25 on Lyft. The rate that Soo Line Limo charged was $50.00 for such a short ride; and, they charged a $2.00 fee that I was not informed about and I believe was because I paid with the companys corporate card. I only found out about such fee when I received the receipt. It is a shame that the only rideshare available in that town is Lyft, but they dont seem to have enough drivers due to the fact that none was available when I tried to request their service.
