Had worrisome issues about potential fraud with my account. I went into the Shelby Township branch for advice/help and met with Jennifer D. She was amazing. Gave me great advice, eased my worries, helped with other issues. She was patient and kind and took time to make everything right. What I had thought would be a nightmare was made easy with Jennifers help and kindness. So grateful!
