Jacob was patient, reliable and professional helping my elderly mother through the sale of her home. I live out of state and he saved me trips helping to coordinate some touch up work needed on the home - and he also did some of it himself. He made trips to my mother at her senior living apartment to facilitate ease of document signing and he also accompanied her to her financial institution to make sure things proceeded smoothly. He was patient with her pace and questions and the sale of the home was pretty quick, seamless and she received a reasonable price for the current market. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacob's services.

I cant say enough good things about working with the Pichette team here. Anthony was more than helpful getting us into our first home. He made himself available anytime we had any questions/concerns and went above and beyond constantly to find us the perfect house in this crazy post covid market. The level of service and truly caring that you get from them is hard to find. So grateful for Anthony and Tina and everything they did to get us our home!

I am posting this review on behalf of my daughter, a first time home buyer, and for any other buyer or seller who might be considering Remax First's agent-- Tina Pichette. I have never, and have utilized real estate agents from various companies, encountered anyone as unprofessional, misinformed, lacking in character and integrity, and bullying as this 50- something woman was during a recent realestate transaction. In her attempt to strongarm my daughter into not changing her mortgage lender, Tina bold-faced lied about Michigan Loan practices, manufactured a "seller narrative" that we felt was untrue after meeting the seller, and verbally intimidated my daughter with threats that a first-time home buyer might construe as true. My husband and I can only assume that Tina's vested interest in my daughter's staying with the Great Lakes Mortgage must have been for her financial gain. By the way, her son handlied the closing and the apple does fall far from the tree; he was a congenial, respectful young man.

Tried to buy a home from Arben Taho. Was told a general day/time to hear back after highest and best was due by. My agent reached out to him numerous times after the time of update passed. Never once got a response. Listing status was changed more than 24 hours past time update was supposed to be. And still no direct response to my agent. Will not do any business with this agent in the future. Very poor experience.
