        They were very accommodating, especially Roz, who personally assisted me. I walked in - without an appt - on the day taxes were due to the IRS. I half expected to be scolded for waiting so long, but everyone was welcoming. Roz took her time and was very thorough. She completed my return and submitted it. I will remain her customer going forward!
