The father & son duo, Arkan & Matthew are an awesome team. They are very prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable & affordable. We had our furnace & hot water tank replaced very efficiently. Arkans Heating & Air conditioning delivered. I had a 27 year old ac unit and received a few quotes, and Arkins not only topped their quotes, but his service was impeccable. The company scheduled a date came out on that date installed everything removed all debris around the property and gave me a AC unit that was top-of-the-line, possibly even more affordable than other, makes within the industry of lesser quality.

Actually told me he did zero troubleshooting on the furnace because it was old and would be impossible to find parts. Then tried to sell me a brand new furnace and completely new duct work. Fixed the furnace myself with a youtube video and zero experience- wish I saved the time and did that first rather than calling the professional and staying at 50 degrees an extra few days jerkin around. It was a stupid easy fix. Who tells you a new furnace is needed without checking the basics or even looking at it? Would not recommend for repairs.

Impressive! They responded promptly on a Sunday, providing a cost-effective temporary fix since our furnace was 21 years old within an hour. Weeks later, when our furnace failed on a Thursday, they swiftly arranged a replacement, ensuring we had heat in February. The father and son duo were exceptionally polite and considerate, with reasonable pricing. Would 100% recommend!
