I had the best experience at the Troy location on April 12th. Joey provided excellent customer service experience and went over and above to complete our smiles ! He made our day! Hannah and Cole were great as well! The Troy location has always been my go to for rentals.

Amazing amazing branch! From Joey to Morgan to Jordan to Willie. Everyone was so patient with me as my car was in the shop for month and switching rentals until I was comfortable with the price. Best customer service I've had in awhile!
