Run don't walk-AWAY from this place. My dad had his taxes prepared- Came home and did a surface review of his return. Found about $1,000 worth of mistakes in his favor. Went back to Hiestand and they wouldn't even consider a partial refund of his cost to prepare. Find someone else to prepare your taxes!!!!!

Literally the worst experience of my life. Office smells like rotten milk. Cars in parking lot have windows smashed in. My original documents were lost in the absolute mess of an office. Looks like a tornado ripped through there. Never got my state or fed returns. Still havent gotten my state return still to this day! Consistently followed up with preparer to ask where it was as the IRS website had no information. I was repeatedly ignored and ghosted for almost an entire year. It took me going back up the office 10 months later to call the IRS to figure out why I didnt get my refund. Turns out I was ineligible for my refund because of a $1400 stimulus payment I received. I asked around to other tax preparers and the preparer should have known this was the issue at the start of preparing my taxes. 100% do not recommend. Surprise they even have clients. Wish I could put zero stars.
