Driving through Akeley we decided to stop at the Paul Bunyan museum. Even though the museum wasnt open it was a fun little stop. The nicest and kindest lady stopped and just started talking to us telling about the museum and took some photos of us. We grew up learning about Paul Bunyan and his story so it was a nice stop to stretch the legs and enjoy some time there.

Great Photo Spot, even more impressive pavilion with picnic benches, great stop to grab lunch. Mind you Akley, MN is birthplace of Paul Bunyan.
