Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the time they took to answer my many questions. Rooms: The room was a very good size. The Lakeview would be spectacular in the summer and fall! Noteworthy details: The hot tub was particularly enjoyable in the winter with the indoor/outdoor experience. The children's pool is really ideal for little kids and I don't think it was deeper than 18 inches.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had an open floor plan which was great for our kids. The hotel staff was excellent and the breakfast buffet was well set up. Our kids enjoyed the kids pool which was also well maintained. Conveniently located near downtown & attached to the Green Mill with plenty of parking. Great place to stay- will definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience, staff was awesome and very accommodating, views of the lake are wonderful and location is perfect! Will be back.
