Would definitely recommend Wes's Plumbing. Called to have a sewer line cleaned out. They were able to get to us the same day! Very professional and left the site spotless. Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning

Had a problem due to poor work from a different company. Tried to get resolved with Wes' since we were fed up with the other place. My spouse has gotten very poor customer service, the people talked to were rude, impatient and frankly that behavior is not how you gain a customer from a rival company.

I'd worked with Wes' in the past, and they'd gotten the job done. Maybe not the cleanest, but they'd gotten the job done. So I called Friday morning to help with my clogged sewer line. The man I spoke to said that their plumbers were out doing rounds, and should be there that afternoon. 6 hours later, I called back and was met by a completely baffled employee. Not only did no one get sent out, no record of my call was taken, even after confirming my number and address twice. Nevertheless, I was assured that someone would be out "soon". It is now Saturday evening, all the plumbing places are closed unless I want to pay through the nose, and I haven't had running water for 3 days. I'd say I'd never send my money Wes' way again, but from the behavior of this business, they don't want it anyways
