Got a mystery card on my credit card after stay

Its everything a hotel should be and it has a very cozy/ familiar atmosphere in here but my only problem are the floors. I understand at a location like this that it would be very hard to keep them always in shape but there was a lot of trash and dirt near the entrance halls and our room had some faint red stains on the floor along with other colorful marks on the carpet. Besides that I would recommend it here and you will feel safe staying overnight + the location is very convenient and the staff that we talked to were nice.

Overall it was pretty good. There was hot breakfast in the morning and the pools and jacuzzi were open. I did have an issue with my toilet not flushing properly but it was handled and hotel Management ensured it was done properly. Also, there were adequate towels in the room which is very important to me so great job there!
