KWIK TRIP #585

I was getting gas this morning and the pump had reset, not seeing anything like this before I went inside to ensure I didnt do anything wrong and that it charged my card for the gas I had pumped already I was greeted with a lady with little patience. She had confirmed it wasnt my fault and had stated that the company had reset them without notice. Heres the issue, as I was leaving she made comments to the other person behind the counter with her. That it was an inconvenience to be asked as I was the second person already. She had been mocking the previous person when I walked up to the counter. Is this really how we should be treated? It was literally a simple question for something we havent seen. I dont think this would be common knowledge if you dont work there according to this lady - it is apparently. I didnt catch her name tho. This is usually my typical kwiky since it got built, but if this is the kind of interactions Ill receive - Ill consider another location.

This place was clean and Kelvin made the experience FANTASTIC - he was personable, professional, and made a simple shopping experience great.
