The worse phone service EVER!!! Computer that is almost impossible to get to a human. Which means REAL customer service is non existent! Horrible experience. Our government can't even hire humans. Very frustrating.

We put in a change of address at the corporate hills location after selling our house and because our new place wouldnâ€™t be ready for a month we were advised to put in change of address for â€œgeneral deliveryâ€ where we would have to pick up our mail from the downtown post office in person. So far it has been a huge hassle! Most days we have no mail when we go to pick up and we have mentioned that normally we have a substantial amount of mail but not recently. We have even asked them if they were sure they didnâ€™t miss anything. Today my husband went to pick up mail and it is CLEAR that our mail actually delivered to our old address because the new owners had hand written â€œreturn to sender. No longer lives here.â€ Why even have people put in a change of address?
