        A spring broke on our garage door after hours. I called the next morning and JLR was very responsive getting the door fixed Two great guys doing the work, and fantastic service.

        Terrible terrible attitude. We asked him to fix the side of one of the garage rails because our son hit it with the car. His response was maybe have your son fix it. This is the 2nd time we used him thinking maybe the first time he was just having a bad day, but that is his temperament. No professionalism whatsoever.
