        It was mixed. I appreciated that the funeral home came quickly to pick up the body and were available next day at a convenient location to plan the details. I appreciated being able to witness the cremation. The person we worked with would get confused about who had died and where the death had taken place which was disconcerting and one of the reasons we decided to witness the cremation. Also we had to ask for the first urn wooden box to be replaced by a second one as the first one was imperfect and the second one was a lot better. I had also not anticipated having to be so proactive at a time of loss.
