        The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I know they were having issues with their phone and computer systems, otherwise I'd give them 1 star. I made an appointment last week to have my car looked at Monday afternoon. It wasn't looked at until late Tuesday afternoon and was promised to be done Wednesday by 4pm. I get there after 4pm Wednesday and my car wasn't done. Their phone system was back up so they could have called me to let me know. I called a 45 minutes ago to get a status update and the employee I talked to (Pat) was very rude. He told me he'd find out when my car would be done but still hasn't called. I will NEVER use them again!!! Edit to add: Someone else had to call to get information for me. Turns out they were having problems getting the new fuel pump and now it won't be done until late today, maybe. Their phone system is back up so there was NO reason they couldn't have called me yesterday or even call me back today. I am changing my review to 1 star.
