Arbor Glen Apartments

I lived here for a year and was sad to move out. Quiet living area and I lived in the pets apartment. Many shops located near the apartments as well. Management was always so nice and understanding (shout out to Sammy). Would highly recommend.

The management is very slow and unresponsive to requests and concerns. I am still having a horrible experience waiting to get my repairs done, it has been months and no accountability. The stairwell in my building is filthy, and its very embarrassing to bring guests. I had a better experience with prior management. Its not the same as before. I have lived here for many years, I used to love my home, sadly its going down the hill.

Not enough words to express how I feel residing at this clean, comfortable and peaceful Residence, Arbor Glen . The management team tops it all !! Without them , I would feel out of place . Their kindness, sweetness and their going above and beyond attitude makes my stay Oh! HEAVENLY!! The Bestest of the bestest part, is the Lounge room !! Serene , seating area, a library and kitchenette , oh almost forgot, a FIREPLACE too??? My oh my ! Outside the management teams office , tenants can enjoy coffee and cookies ( at the coffee station) Oh! How generous of them . What an exciting way to start my day ! I say to myself . The benefits ( including quick and efficient maintenance help ), tenants are provided with, is exemplary and immense ! And I am sure this comes with , care and love from the management team !! I visit the lounge room , almost every day to Rejuvenate; I leave feeling so fresh and upbeat. Wow, wow , OH WOW!! God bless them for making this possible for me !

This community is the worst I have ever lived in. The building management is inefficient, they hold mail packages for as long as they please. When you report a fault in the appliances in the apt they attend to them two months later. The ladies in the office are rude and do not admit their mistakes. They overcharge for nonsense. The parking lot is always dirty and the gym is always dirty. The rent is too high for the quality of life. At the time of moving out they were invasive and constantly wanted to enter the apartment even when I had my things in it. They do not live up to the terms they offer. Do not consider these residences as a place to live.

I have lived here for 2 years and all of a sudden they wanted to up my rent by $165. Then when I looked at what they will be renting it for after I leave they are charging $100 LESS than what they were going to charge me. And they're tearing up the entire parking lot the last 3 days of the month when people will be moving. Super inconvenient and don't really care about the people that live here. I would not recommend this place.
