        I started working with Connell Insurance years ago, which recently became part of Trusted Insurance. Despite being a simple client (just home and auto), I've always felt taken care of. I particularly appreciate that Kim has proactively reached out when noticing premium increases and provided me with options for switching, answered my questions, run extra comparisons upon request (e.g., removing or adding bundling), etc.
