We adopted a 9 yr old and she could not read beyond a preschool level. We decided on Learning Rx because of all the radio testimonials and reviews. For 9 months, it cost $14,000. 3 times a week so it equals about $130 per lesson which was 1.5 hours. That is the same as paying someone about $43 an hour. When she finished the program we had to set her up for a final 2 part assessment. We drove to the appointment and they were closed for remodeling, which they forgot to call or email us about. Not only did they forget, they did not reach out to reschedule. I called them and rescheduled the 2 part final assessment. At the end of the first assessment, I was told she did not need to do the second part and they would reach out to schedule the graduation. They make the graduation seem like a big deal, so imagine my surprise when 2 weeks go by and I never get a call. I call to schedule the graduation and they are booked out over a month. By then, she has not been in the program for almost 3 months...so what is the point? I told them to forget it and to just send me the final assessment via email. I paid this company $14,000 and the minute she was done with her plan it was crickets. I had to chase them down to get the final assessment and try to schedule a graduation. Maybe they don't care because they already had my money or maybe it's because my daughter is black? If I had never called to follow up I highly doubt they would have even given her the end assessment because it's clear she didn't matter to them.

Our 7 year old son (6 when he started) loved his LearningRx program so much he actually looked forward to his sessions. He came out of the experience an overall better kid equipped to tackle the world! And second grade:) Request Chiamaka as your child's tutor. Wonderful branch and wonderful company!
