I would not recommend Daniel's services. We did not find him easy to work with. We finally got our shades after 5 months of delays. We understand that shipping and supply chain issues are a reality - however, every interaction with this team felt like work. I did not receive updates unless I pursued them. We had to keep reminding him of what we wanted and discussed several times. His tone was generally condescending and he made several passing remarks about how much of his time I was using.

I had a wonderful time working with Daniel and his installation crew. Daniel showed me curtain styles and options that I had not previously considered. My curtains look fresh and modern and pair beautifully with my furniture. The installation team was top notch and I am so happy that I chose to work this company. Highly recommend.

Gotcha Covered has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. The selection of fabrics was fantastic. Im loving the motorized blinds! Even better I now have Somfy which enables me to control and schedule from my phone. The customer service definitely deserves 5 stars.

Working with Daniel at Gotcha Covered was a great experience. I recently went through the process of building a house and had Cat5e cable installed for automating some of our shades. After being recommended a couple different products that didn't meet my requirements, I found PowerShades, whose website got me in touch with Daniel as a local vendor. Daniel provided a product demonstration for us and showed us our cosmetic options, and we actually found the same materials we had had our eye on with a previous product that didn't work as well as we'd like, so we were thrilled to place our order. Unfortunately chip shortages resulted in us waiting 9 months for the shades to arrive, but Daniel was a great comfort during that time, routinely checking in and passing along any status updates he received directly so we were never in the dark. That made waiting totally acceptable for us; we just wanted to know we weren't forgotten or lost in the shuffle like we have been with some other contractors or vendors of other products in the past. When the shades finally came in, installation was straightforward and quick. Daniel and Spencer showed up from Gotcha Covered and got to work. Thanks to some pre-configuration done by Gotcha Covered ahead of time, along with the ease of simply plugging in PoE shades to connect, installation went swimmingly and Daniel and I were able to configure each shade as Spencer put the next one up. And the kicker to all of this is it was half the price of some competing products we looked at, for the same fabrics, look, and simplicity of use. I am thrilled with both the PowerShades PoE product and my experience with Daniel and Gotcha Covered as a whole.
