    I am a home health RN. A disabled retired client, veteran, living in the Chisago Lakes/Lindstrom area was told he couldn't get 2 mile rides to and from a weekly health care appt because the bus wouldn't go into the manufactured home community where he lives. Sad.

    Sometimes it does take a while to get through to dispatch, but for the most part I haven't had to wait very long, the drivers are super nice and they are very nice to my kid as well.

    "John" at your call center is the worst! He is rude and condescending. I have had 2 separate issues with him. Frist time was about 2 months ago trying to set up a ride for my son. I started out by giving my son's name (never used Arrowhead before) and was snapped at with "I don't care what his name is" . Jump to today when I called in, I heard the name Josh when the call center person answered (and actually was happy to get "Josh" since usually John answers and he is so rude) I was corrected (tone was NOT nice) with John (now names matter????) . I apologized (I will add I was sarcastic) and then John several times without letting me answer after each time he asked me where I needed to go. He finally yelled (after interrupting me several times) "WHERE DO YOU NEED TO GO!" I yelled back "I AM TRYING TO TELL YOU". I would appreciate someone calling me back on this guy. I understand that Monday's are busy times, but he took time to correct his name (I don't care what his name is..see my first interaction with him) and then instead of listening every time I tried to speak, he interrupted me and yelled at me. Do you provide customer service at all Arrowhead? I give ZERO stars
