Staff are all very sincere, warm and friendly, exactly what you'll appreciate when taking a journey this intense. Only one concern is the lack of physical privacy or feeling of serenity since this is in a clinical environment in an office building. The rooms are small and you'll, see, hear and feel (the floor shakes) as people continuously walk by the frosted door to the room you're in. If like me, on an average day you already feel anxious (or possibly have ptsd) it may feel like someone is about to walk in at any momentwhich kind of takes you out of the experience, making it hard to completely let go. But here it is, BIG picture, if you can, try and relax, (pro tip): bring noise-cancelling headphones, a comfy blanket, and cover your peripheral vision, that will help. I know some people wear an eye mask, but as a visual artist I process information that way so looking at a picture helps me feel grounded. If something doesn't work, stay calm, you're gaining knowlege and have time to find out what does for next time! That being said the staff all try the best they can and are happy to help accommodate whenever possible. From scheduling, to therapy to admin, every single person there is there because they enjoy what they do and it shows. They are so kind, helpful, and compassionate and have made me feel very welcome. If you're looking for help with depression or anxiety please know it's out there and this is a place that has helped so many people. Best to you on your journey if you're reading this.

The Remedy is such a game changer in my battle with treatment resistant depression. After decades of various treatments, Ketamine Infusion Therapy has finally lifted the dark clouds enabling me to go deeper into my therapy journey. The Remedy has some of the best care staff, and amazing bedside manner. I always love seeing the staff, and Kenzie, Kayla, Nikki, and Sam have become my beloved core care team.

I have been seeing Dr Montville for 8 months at the Remedy. He is a very good doctor who is very laid back and down to earth and super understanding. I was very nervous of what he was going to be like towards me. Without a doubt, the first appointment with him blew me away. He pushes judgment and replaces it with compassion unlike some doctors who try to over medicate and not want to have a bond with their patients. I recommend him to anyone who is asking for help without judgment. He truly has given me my life back.

Ive been seeing Janeil for quite awhile now and shes wonderful. Friendly, compassionate, professional, and always up to date on changing guidelines or new topics. She is familiar with off-label use of medications. She is not an MD and I know some people are bothered by that, but she has provided an equivalent or superior level of care compared to MDs Ive seen. Im so thankful for her. I also had ketamine infusions and TMS through The Remedy. This was at the Hudson location. Staff are fantastic: Patty (the TMS gal) is so friendly and brightened my day every time I got to see her. The nurses were all great. Out of 6 weeks of infusions, they only missed a single IV attempt, and I have difficult veins, too. They are very good at starting IVs and you can tell they want you to have a positive experience during your infusions. They monitor you closely and are close by if you need anything. They take safety seriously. Nurses monitor you with pulse oximetry, blood pressure, heart rate, and physically check on you during infusions. There is a crash cart on site, a defibrillator (I think, its been awhile since I was there) and a nurse anesthetist available in case of emergency (theyre trained to do things like insert a breathing tube if you were to need it). I never felt unsafe during infusions. Medication refills are easy. I just call and either leave a message with reception or a voicemail and my prescriptions are sent in in a timely manner. I saw Dr. Rebman and the clinic started prior authorization for VNS and this has been going as smoothly as it can go. Dr. Rebman was great very friendly, attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My only gripe about the clinic is a pretty minor event. I was getting ketamine infusions basically for free because of how they structured the cost when you get it with TMS, but when I showed up for the final infusion (after paying a cab to bring me to Hudson), I was told it would be cash pay from that point forward and if I wanted the infusion, it would be totally out of pocket. This upset me a lot at the time, not even because they were changing it to cash pay (I was very fortunate to be able to get any infusions at all and am thankful for the ones I did receive), but because nobody told me prior to paying $70 for fare + tip. Then I had to pay the cab to bring me back home, another $70. However, this is a pretty minor hiccup in the grand scheme of things and it hasnt tarnished my view of the practice as a whole. Also for what its worth, I think their cash price for infusions is as fair as it can be considering youre paying for the med/supplies + nursing staff time/monitoring + nurse anesthetist on site in case of medical emergency. I recommend The Remedy whether youre looking for a psychiatrist/prescriber, TMS, ketamine infusions, or VNS therapy.

So the first time I went to my katamine infusion I started with 2 guys in the room explaining kind of what was gonna happen. I didn't know really. That I would be tripping a little bit. At the end, a different girl came in kind of freaked me. Out cause I wasn't ready for someone else. I was thought the guys were gonna come back in. They never said that they would not be back and someone else would be taking over. I felt kinda scared and really out of it. So it threw me off guard. I asked her for a glass of water and a different girl brought it in. And it was freaking out so I asked. Could the same person come in the room instead of different people? When I was gonna go back to my TMS appointment? I called and a young male answered the phone. I asked him if I could Talk to him about my last experience. He told me that psychiatrist might Not have time he that's you ready for your? I asked if I could leave a message touch for him to call me back possibly so I could speak with him He told me that he's busy and he cannot take a message. We went back-and-forth back and forth over the same thing. And the boy would always talk over me. I asked if I could talk to a different person. And he told me no, that he is the only one I can talk to i ended up hanging up on him because my anxiety and everything was going crazy because of how he was acting on the phone. Not transferring me to a different person. I was on that call for about 15 minutes. Trying to talk to a different person. And with him telling me no, I'm at. The Doctor would not have time to talk to me. After I hung up, he called me back, harassing me. I told him if I can't talk to somebody else not to call me back. Ended up canceling all my appointments. I have not heard back from anybody after I left a complaint I think that is extremely sad that They could possibly treat someone who is getting treatment for All I wanted was to try something that would help me have a better life. And just because that boy acted the way he did. I don't get to get better
