Woodbury Knowledge Beginnings

I would NOT recommend Knowledge Beginnings daycare to anyone who has a child with special needs physically or dietary needs or anyone who would like to keep their child safe. Accidents will happen noted but when they do proper procedures are never followed here, staff never know what happened as if children arent being supervised. incidents arent be reported timely. Cleanliness was a huge problem! Stench when you walk in and in all classrooms, high turnover with staff and management, rude and inadequate management. The Director and her superior lead district manager made me remove my child from their care insulting my child saying he is unfit for group care but in all actuality its because of their teachers being untrained to provide 5 star care, high turnover, placing teachers in any room to cover, no consistency and no professionalism in regards to their own polices and procedures. Teachers literally just watching children as babysitting not teaching them or redirecting, no structure in their classroom. My child and others have thrived once removed out of this daycare center. I would not recommend any kind of KinderCare daycare, especially this one. This seems to be a pattern. Before enrolling your child into the daycare, take a look at the DHS reports and complaints and citations filed on this daycare. The cost is outlandish for the care provided. 0/10 out for recommendation. Ms. Lisa left and the daycare plummeted to the ground. She was the best director who tried to help this establishment and unfortunately left.

Our family absolutely loves knowledge beginnings! We have a child in the infant classroom and the teachers communicate well with parents. They take lots of pictures throughout the day and update us on everything our little one is doing. The center directors Tiffany and Chelsea are very helpful with tuition questions and super welcoming! Will definitely recommend KB to all of our friends and family

So happy with Chelsa, Tiffany and the entire team at Knowledge Beginnings. They are beyond amazing! My kids have been here since this past July and I could not imagine them going anywhere else I am so happy we put trust in them for watching our 3 children!

My son has been attending Knowledge Beginnings for 5 years now, since he was an infant. They have exceeded all expectations for a child care center. The directors Lisa and Ashley are amazing, they are always up front ready to greet us and ask us how we are or how our day was. If I ever had any questions or concerns they responded right away and addressed any issues I was having as well as following up with me. They are very dedicated and committed to their work, my son always enters with a smile because they greet him by his name. My son is now enrolled in their distance learning program. Ms.Darby is his teacher for the program, she goes above and beyond each and every day for my son. With him going into kindergarten and with everything happening around us I was nervous and scared about the school year being distance learning. Well Ms.Darby has changed all that, I can see it in my son's face everyday when I pick him up; he is happy and proud of himself, he completes all of his school work and has fun while learning. She praises him and makes him feel proud and happy of everything he does during the day. She has turned distance learning into a fun filled day of learning for the kids which is more than I could ask for. I could not be happier with my choice to have my son attend the distance learning program at Knowledge Beginnings, and I could not ask for a better teacher and staff at this center. Thank you for all you do for my son and my family.
