The staff were nice. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. But the hotel is very outdated. Can smell smoke all the time.

My one and only complaint was with other guests talking loudly in the hallway just before midnight the second time we stayed (Thursday night). The breakfast was great, and all personnel were nice and had a smile. Safety: As two older women traveling, we both felt very safe. This property is across the street from Beau Rivage casino, and we walked back later in the evening and felt safe. Walkability: Across the street from Beau Rivage and walking distance to Hard Rock Casino and the beach. Food & drinks: Great breakfast, with a good selection.

The Best Western was a pleasant surprise after a horrible experience at the Hard Rock leaving my family without a place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and the location was central. We had no issues with our two day stay. Rooms: Rooms were clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Includes fridge, microwave, and coffee pot Nearby activities: Hard Rock and Beau Rivage casinos are directly across the street . Hotel is close to the colliseum and restaurants . Safety: No concerns about safety issues Food & drinks: They serve a full hot breakfast.
