Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Flowood

Beautiful and clean with shops and restaurants within walking distance.. Too bad they didn't have the restaurant open neither the bar, no breakfast no dinner, that's why we stayed there in the first place but the location made it easy to get something to eat after a long day drive.

Came in for a conference. I had no problem with my late checkin. Im extremely disappointed with the room. Its dingy and not well kept. Shower needs a refresh and door handle is loose. No housekeeping and they wont bring up towels

Whenever I come in town I ALWAYS stay at this hotel specially! Cant recall a time Ive had an issue until now! I checked in 4/2 about 9pm and I checked out 4/3 at 3am! The room was clean to the eye but I always bring my own cleaning products to clean behind the staff! Ive tossed and turned since I fell asleep! I woke up to red marks on my body from scratching and bleeding from bites! Mind you I slept fully clothed like from head to toe yet Im scratching everywhere and through my clothes! I showered and went to notify the front desk staff! I told the lady they should spray the room, Ive been bitten up by something. She immediately got defensive and said We spray for bed bugs! Love I dont recall ever saying what it was on the bed! I left and called back inquiring about money being taken off of my room since Ive had to leave clothes behind, now need my hair washed and left before the end of my stay! She again defensively says how this is an elite hotel and its treated for bed bugs weekly! I said maam idk what it is but Im itching all over and I didnt feel this way coming in! Youre treating for bed bugs as if there isnt other bugs like lice and fleas that travel with ppl! Im highly disappointed in my experience this stay, I feel disregarded by the lack of concern from staff! Its not even about the money, she couldve offered me another room or something but the attitude was so unnecessary! Its spring break and ppl like myself are traveling! I will be filing a complaint and since I needed proof of marks on my skin, have your manager call me! Ill be glad to send pictures!!!!
