"I recently visited for dress alterations, hoping to receive quality service and a positive experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the level of customer service. The staff at the shop were consistently rude and unprofessional, which made the overall experience quite unpleasant. As a customer, I value respectful and courteous treatment, and it was disheartening to encounter such behavior. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of the circumstances. It is my hope that the management addresses this issue and takes steps to ensure that all customers are provided with a welcoming and professional environment.
