        Zach and his team were great to work with from the initial quote to completion. Zach was quick to respond on providing an estimate of the work. Once they stated, Chad and Joe did great work, cleaned up each day and checked with us to confirm things were as requested. Thr electrician and plumber subcontractors they brought in were very good also. I would definitely recommend and use again.

        Unique Renovations did a great job in renovating our master bathroom and replacing the ceramic tile in our kitchen, laundry, pantry and half bath. They cleaned up the debris every day after they finished working. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

        Unique Renovations is reliable and excellent at delivering quality work. My home had water damage that required the replacement of dry wall and flooring throughout the home. Not only did they accommodate me by fitting me into their schedule right away but the work was very well done. The owner of the company is professional and responsive.
