        Awful customer service experience. Young lady with short hair and glasses rude and has no customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Olive Branch or anywhere but here!

        UPS OB personnel are fast and well mannered. Always gave instructions and kept a smile on. Never had issues with them at all. Theyre young and experienced. Meanwhile their space is smaller than southaven but at least they have working kiosks.

        Worst service ever. The employee actually asked with an attitude, Are you finished? When I was explaining an issue we had. DO NOT USE THIS STORE EVER!!!!
