Office is a joke and very rude . Tried for food stamps and we are well in the income range to qualify and we got denied saying we make to much. And when they told us they would look into our case, it been weeks so we called back, and them saying again we make to much and no one ever looked at our case. So now we have a new addition to the family and they said we now have to re apply. Wow just wow. Guess we don't meet there high standards, I bet if it was any other office we would qualify.

Great staff kind and loving very clean adoption is low they screen clients love that I'm a foster mom there.

They sent me a appt and they have been doing call appts and I got a letter today saying I missed my appt. Well no one called me and if it was a appt that I had to come in to do then it should have been on the letter. Now I've called about 15 times and it just rings and rings. No one is even answering so I can reschedule my appt. Bet they cut my food stamps off and it isn't even my fault.
