Potter Property Management

Im currently a tenant who has an infestation of roaches who are apparently my roommates as they were here before I moved in. Because I was told that no one lived there for 4 months and it was summer when I moved in, I figured it was a few stragglers, but a few weeks later they were out in full force. Now I have a rodent that came from upstairs.

THE WORST management I have ever dealt with. In the beginning they showed me different apartment which is updated and very better. The apartment I moved into was very dirty my husband and I had to clean it. There was no dishwasher at home, which was in my contract. They wanted an extra $50 for the washing machine they brought. I went to talk face to face and said that there was no dishwasher and that I wanted a discount on the rent and we agreed. A few months later, I went to the office because my rent payment had not changed and I was treated like a liar. The person in front of me said that we did not agree on such an issue and that my lease was the same. It's ridiculous because I had to get a signed piece of paper from her, PEOPLE DONT KEEP THER WORD. The condition of the house is that all the kitchen cabinets look open because they are old and in bad condition. Cockroaches can appear at any time. Changing the parquet in the house is not a renovation!!
