We had a great car buying experience at Zink and we will definitely go there next time we need a vehicle! Bill made the process SUPER easy, he answered all of of our questions and had great communication without being pushy, and even drove our new car to us since we werent able to stop in! He had all of the paperwork done ahead of time so it was a quick and easy process. Thank you so much Bill and we love our new Mustang!

Was passing through Appleton City, and my E350 van wasn't running right and losing power. Went to the service department where they were able to get to my vehicle in a short time. In a little over an hour, the service department found the problem and corrected it. Turned out my 5.4 Triton engine was only running on 6 of the 8 cylinders due to faulty coil packs. No more hesitation and really slowing down on upgrades. Very pleased.

We hate buying new vehicles due to the whole process of dealing with sales and finance manager. That said, this was the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. Our salesman Bill was totally no-pressure, answered all our questions, and was the most easy going salesman we've dealt with before. My wife mentioned that he's not a salesman, he's just a dude and how refreshing it was to deal with a guy wearing blue jeans and not they typical salesman apparel of slacks and pullover. The paperwork at the end took five minutes at the most and there was no high pressure to buy and extended warranty, etc. We knew it was available if we wanted it but it wasn't pushed on us. He too wasn't some slickster, but a typical blue jean wearing guys guy. The vehicle price was fair from a book value from the start so there wasn't alot of need to dicker back and forth. There's just something to be said about dealing with a small town/rural business. We'll never buy from a big city dealership again. Thank you so much for the good experience. By the way...love the F150.
