Elijah was such a friendly face today! I came in to see about brow lamination, but the esthetician was not working today. I was really bummed out, and explained what I was looking for. Elijah went out of his way to help me try two products, explaining how to use them and the differences. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. It also didnt hurt that he had amazingly full and shaped brows himself!

I had my hair done before a trip and Rylee did so great. I loved it and she even made it so my curls lasted for my flight.

Lucky for them they had Marc Jacobs perfume, even though I could only afford a little vial. Otherwise the only help I got was to make sure I wasn't stealing I believe. Oh well I wasn't dressed very nice.

I had a bad experience at this store. I was looking for the foundation I always buy and Ulta didnt have my shade so I asked an associate (Nikki) if they had any in back stock. She sharply said no and would not check. She then grabbed a different shade, tried to put it on my face and told me I should buy it. I was taken aback, said no, and she left. She then returned a few minutes later in the same section and said so you have oily skin? I said not particularly and she said that I was buying the wrong makeup and again showed me what I should buy. Ive been buying the same makeup for years and it works for MY skin. What she was saying felt demeaning toward me and rude. Im all for new suggestions for makeup but not in the way she did it. I ended up buying no makeup from this location and left upset.
