Well, I can't believe this place is still in business. I call the springfield number and get transferred to the service department . They tell me to bring in a piece of equipment over 1000lbs. I load and drive into town and no one knows what I'm talking about. They say they don't even diagnose this equipment, I would need to remove cylinder. So what happened is all calls get routed to Wichita office and they don't even ask where I'm at. I call back again and still don't ask where I'm at. They can't understand why springfield wouldn't take it. They say they usually just ship this stuff to Joplin or Wichita JUST TO DIAGNOSE IT!!! Now you tell me how much that is going to add to the bill on something of this size! So if you do deal with this company YOU better ask all the right questions or you will be wasting a heck of a lot of time and money. Of course all I get is "we are sure sorry". With this kind of a business model, I wonder if they could find the plumbed port with all ten fingers!

This is a great place! Fast enough to keep tou from getting bored, slow enough to do a pretty good job. 100%... No but still very good! Best part was the enthusiasm these guys brought to the table! Friendly and hard working!
