        It was closed at 2:30 pm on a Wednesday. After lunch hours before closing, it was just straight up dark inside the store. No note, no explanation, and no employees.

        I am having issues with my dyson v11 vacuum showing "Filter Not Sealed". Dyson customer service sent me a replacement filter and I am still having the same issue. The next step they provided was to call my local service center and provided me with your number. I've tried calling multiple times over multiple days and can not get anyone to answer the phone. Is there a better way to contact someone?

        Im not rating the service center, Im rating the Dyson vacuum I purchased. My vacuum no longer works on the max suction setting and thats the only setting where the vacuum will actually pick anything up. There are no blockages as I looked for all that. I dont know why they brand these vacuums as being the best of the best. Because they definitely are not. Save your money and buy something else.

        Brought my 10+ year old Dyson Ball Animal two different times and both times I expected to drop it off but ended up getting it repaired quickly right then and there for a fair price. Super great experience and will continue to have my vacuum serviced here.
