Mr. Appliance of Joplin

I called because my dryer power cord became burnt, instead of trying to book an appointment I did mention I just recently bought my dryer and they kindly gave me the manufacturers phone number to inquire about a warranty repair first instead of booking an costly diagnostic appointment. This company is a class act and I would use them for my appliance needs just on their professionalism alone.

I cannot recommend this company enough, they were responsive, the technician who came to our house (twice) was very nice and very helpful. They ended up recommending that we buy a new washer and dryer instead of telling us to fix the ones we had. Seriously, this was money out of their pockets. That is rare to find these days. Dealing with the office was easy too. They took care of things quickly and with good attitudes. HIGHLY recommend! Services: Washing machine repair, Dryer repair
