        Called them early this morning, and specifically asked if they would sell a couple of small parts toothed public and was told yes, of course, no problem. Indrive 30 minutes to get there and was told oh we have them in stock but you cannot purchase without an account.

        Horrible customer service. Ordered 3.5 ton Goodman condenser and coil. They decided on their own that. 3.5 ton Goodman condenser and a 5 ton Aspen coil would be good enough without informing anyone, getting permission or even saying a word about it. Now its having issues because it is miss-sized and they just said hey its summer we try to tell everyone but I guess it didnt happen. And they can sell me another $80 part to try and fix the issues. Great job! Thanks for nothing. Do not trust Johnston.
