Rodeway Inn Liberty NE Kansas City Area

The desk clerk took 45 minutes to check me in. The hotel smelled like garbage. The manager started banging on the door wanting in claiming he smelled pot when Iet him in he smelled nothing and made no attempt to apologize. The vending machines are rigged. Not to mention the 100 dollar deposit for a room I suggest you don't stay here. Also they advertised breakfast and they had nothing.

These people are thieves! Do NOT stay there!! My husband and I stayed ONE night on December 28, 2022. We used our bank card & paid $102. Well, on January 3, 2023, there was a charge of $165 from Rodeway Inn. We called and was told that the charge was because we stayed three nights! No hotel breaks up payments! You pay up front & we paid upfront for ONE night, yet you run our card for an additional charge days later. Why do they have our card info after weve checked out? Do NOT stay there!!

Nasty rooms..smells are horrible.. worst employees ever.. I was charged twice for one room and no one is ever around the office to refund my money..I have left my number and no reply..ive we t there ten times and never even seen a worker. Called and left messages.. worst hotel in missouri..do not go there..its a run down piece of trash!
