        Our family has used Cates Auction & Realty Co. in the past. Because they did such an outstanding job, there was no question as to who we would use to list another family property. Being a family property it was a very emotional time for us. Jeff met me at the property to go over all our options to sell. Once the property went up for sale, I was introduced to his son Cambridge. Cambridge stayed with me every step of the way with constant information and updates. He dealt with every problem that came up immediately. Issues were handled in a very professional way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell a property. They went above and beyond our highest expectations! A big thank you to Jeff, Cambridge and staff for providing GREAT customer service! You wont find a better team to work for you.

        We went to Cates on a referral from a friend. We saw the wonderful job they had done there so we figured it would work out. And it did! Better than we could have imagined. The hard work they put in to making our childhood home look amazing, we could never have done that. Cambridge kept up with communication back and forth so quick and speedy. He dealt with the different emotions and feelings we were all having like a pro. This company, they care about their customers. It was the best we could have ever hoped for. Thank you Cambridge and staff, for taking such great care of us, and especially my parents.
