        I was taken care of in the beginning, in last 3 to 4 yrs it has not been a good exp , they have no front desk secretary, (which is why) john shidell has been a liar, ignores calls and Sam has to pick up his slack, its disappointing, I went without insurance for over 2 weeks one time because the wrong car was dropped! (My asking) had 2 tauruses, I feel bad for Sam, he is a super nice guy, I feel he is taken advantage of my John. I think john needs to step up and take care of his customers! Stop using Sam as backup! Its greed when you have too many customers, cant take care if them and use sam as backup!
