I was terrified to go to the dentist and they made the whole experience good. My hygienist takes the best care of me. She makes sure Im okay during the whole process.

I came in for an emergency visit because I believed that I had an infected tooth and from the x-rays, I was correct. The dental assistant brought in the lead vest to take x-rays but never put it on me to reduce radiation exposure. I had to ask her to put it on. The the doctor confirmed that it was an infection, he offered to extract it before antibiotics. If anyone has been through this process, you know there is a very high chance that you won't get numb if you have an active infection, which would increase me pain. I asked and he prescribed an antibiotic. Even though they saw how inflamed and swollen I was, and how much pain I was in, they didn't prescribe me any pain meds. I even asked at the end of our appointment and they still declined. The next day I had to be taken to the ER because the pain and the infection got so bad. The ER doctor prescribed a different antibiotic and pain meds and the infection went down in less than 24 hours. I am so thankful for the ER doctor. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!!

So grateful I found this office I was quoted over $12000 worth of work from nickodem dental And that's with there savings plan decided to get second opinion and shop around for multiple reasons found Elm Dental Care bought the aetna savings plan . Had all the same work quoted plus an extra crown this time around. All in was $4800 That's a $7200 dollar difference already started on some of the work and they did a great job Give this place a chance if you don't have insurance ask about savings plan its limitless for savings I'm super grateful for this office already set up appointment for my fiance as well!
